Day 01
Arrival Aswan and board the boat. Lunch on board, visit Kalabsha temple with
it's pharaonic aspect, remodeled into the Greco-roman style and dedicated to
the god Mandoulis. Visit the hemi- speos of Beit El Wali, erected to honor the
goddess Isis. Afternoon tea is served in the lounge. Dinner and overnight on
board in Aswan harbor.
Day 02
Sailing to Wadi El Seboua and cocktail on the way where passing tropic of
Cancer. Lunch and visit to Wadi El Seboua temple, dedicated by Ramses the 02nd,
to the two gods Amoun Ra and Ra harmakis. The temple Of Dokka, dedicated to the
god Thot of divine wisdom, lord of times and Science, the master of literature.
Visit the Greco-roman temple of Meharakka. Sail to Amada. Dinner and overnight
Day 03
Breakfast followed by morning visit to the temple of Amada from the 18th
Dynasty, built during the reign of Thotmosis the 03rd, Amenophis the
03rd, and Thotmosis the 04th. Also visit the hemi-speos
of Derr, dedicated byRamses the 02nd to the rising sun.
Finally to the tomb of Penout, viceroy of Nubia. Sail to Kasr
Ibrim. Visit to the Citadel of Kasr Ibrim, sole vestige of the distant past of
Nubia in its original location. Explanation is done from the sundeck of the
ship as entrance to the site is not permitted .Sailing to Abu Simbel and after
lunch visit Abu Simbel Temples, symbol of the international salvage of the
Nubian monuments the temples of Ramses the 02nd, and his beloved
wife Nefertari. Attend the Sound & Light Show at Abu Simbel temples(Optioanl) .
Candlelight dinner on board and overnight
Day 04
Breakfast on board and for those who wish, possibility for a second visit to
the temples to watch the spectacular sunrise at the Abu Simbel temples.
